I just noticed this has gone up: http://www.myspace.com/missblackamerica - with something that intrigues me on it:

Seymour Glass - voice/guitar
Mathew Anthony - lead guitar
Richard Phillips - guitar
Mike Smith - bass
Simon Chapple - drums

Apart from the oddness of them now apparently being a five-piece.. well, Mike Smith would be the ORIGINAL bassist, from the God Bless.. lineup, right?

I have no idea why Mike agreed to rejoin. Maybe he was bored.

Richard was recruited to lower the average age and up the prettiness factor, which I guess is a plus, though I hope MBA won't take up too much of his time as his real band (http://www.theksa.co.uk) are a billion times better...

I've heard the album (unmastered, and minus two songs) - it's really nice.

The disappearance is mentioned briefly here. I think that's as much detail as you're going to get.
